We are Mike and Cassie, a husband-and-wife team with a shared love for smoky flavors, slow-cooked meats, and making people feel at home. What started as backyard cookouts with family and friends turned into a dream we couldn’t ignore. With Mike's deep-rooted BBQ know-how and Cassie's flair for flavor and hospitality, we built Freedom Fire BBQ to bring honest, handcrafted barbecue to our community.
